Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Warmer ("we", "us"), who runs Warmer. By signing in or using Warmer you accept them. If you don't, please don't use Warmer.
1. What Warmer is
Warmer is a practice app for coding interview problems. While you write Python, an AI model (the Navigator) gives live feedback on whether your latest changes are moving toward a working solution. You can also run your code against tests in your browser and keep a history of your attempts.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account, so keep your Google account secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- Don't share your account or sell access to it.
3. Access, trials and payment
- Each account has one kind of Access at a time: Trial, Subscription, Beta or Inactive. Without Access you can sign in and view your past attempts, but Navigator feedback and Submit are turned off.
- Trial. A free 3-day trial that requires a card. When the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose unless you cancel first. We show a reminder before the first charge where our payment provider supports it.
- Subscription. $15 per month or $99 per year, plus any sales tax that applies. It renews automatically each period until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Use "Manage billing" in the app to cancel or change your plan. You keep Access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it or where we choose to as a courtesy; contact us if something went wrong.
- Price changes. We may change prices. A change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it takes effect.
- Beta. Beta Access is given with an invite code, is free, and ends on the date shown in the app. Beta Access may have special offers attached, which we will describe when we make them.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
4. Fair use
The Navigator costs us money every time it runs, so each plan has a monthly limit on Navigator readings that is set high enough for normal practice. If you reach it, the Navigator pauses until the next month; the rest of Warmer keeps working. Don't use scripts, bots or other automation to generate readings, and don't try to get around limits.
5. Your code and our content
- Your code is yours. You give us permission to store it and to send it to the Navigator (and our service providers) only to run Warmer for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Our content is ours. The problems, statements, tests, hints and the Warmer software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own practice. Don't copy, republish, scrape or resell them, and don't use them to train or build a competing product.
- Hidden tests are sent to your browser when you Submit. Don't redistribute them.
6. Acceptable use
Don't: attack, overload or probe the service; try to access other people's data; upload malware or anything unlawful; reverse-engineer or extract the Navigator's prompts or the problem solutions; or use Warmer to cheat in a live interview or assessment where that is against the rules. Code you run in Warmer runs in your own browser.
7. The Navigator is a guide, not a guarantee
The Navigator is an AI model and can be wrong. Its feedback is a hint about direction, not a grade, and passing or failing tests in Warmer does not predict any interview result. Problems and tests may contain mistakes; tell us through the Feedback button and we will fix them.
8. Feedback
If you send feedback, ideas or reports, we may use them to improve Warmer without owing you anything. A report includes your current problem, your code for it and your recent Navigator readings, so we can see what you saw.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Warmer running but do not promise it will always be available, error-free or that the Navigator will always respond. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a paid feature in a way that materially hurts you, contact us and we will work something out.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using Warmer at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service. If we end your account without a breach on your part, we will refund the unused part of your current paid period.
11. Disclaimer and limit of liability
Warmer is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for anything related to Warmer is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Texas have jurisdiction over disputes, except where your local law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before it applies. Using Warmer after that means you accept the new terms.
